Insight New Mexico - Lawrence Rael

V.B. Price speaks with life-long public servant and gubernatorial candidate Lawrence Rael about the Martinez administration's handling of the behavioral health audit, education reform in New Mexico, the Kirtland Airforce Base diesel fuel spill and more. Rael is the former Executive Director for the Mid-Region Council of Governments and the former Chief Administration Officer for the City of Albuquerque.  Rael also served as a Legislative Assistant to Senator Jeff Bingaman, Acting Deputy Secretary for the NM Transportation Department, and State Program Director for New Mexico Employment Security Department.
