Rael is the former Executive Director for the Mid-Region Council of Governments and the former Chief Administration Officer for the City of Albuquerque. Rael also served as a Legislative Assistant to Senator Jeff Bingaman, Acting Deputy Secretary for the NM Transportation Department, and State Program Director for New Mexico Employment Security Department.
