Burque Mayor Bichard Merry recently attended a mental health training here in town. Puffing up his chest in immense pride, Mayor Merry bragged that our city is on the national forefront in addressing the gap in urban mental health services by simply killing the mentally ill.
Saying that offing the mentally ill was both entertaining and a huge cost savings, Republican Mayor Merry urged other cities to take the same step Burqueville has taken to reduce the public health budget by having the police conduct target practice on our most unstable citizens, especially those with PTSD.
Engaged citizens who can’t wait to get involved in their community can now also be trained to take out weirdos and misfits. Thousands of dedicated Burqueans will receive their conceal carry licenses and good-to-go mental health hunting certificates in one sweld foop.
Speaking of foop, UNM now-tenured Professor David Correia comes to mind. Remember, he was accused of felony pushing when he occupied Mayor Merry’s office with some of his nefarious cronies to protest the treatment of homeless targets, many of whom are deranged just like accused felony pushy Professor Correia? The mayor was not there at the time, I am relieved to report. Soon prosecutors will drag Correia into the courtroom, and if he loses and is convicted of Grand Shoving, UNM President Blobert Flank will be waiting in the wings to strip him of his position and eat him for blunch.
