Sarah Brooks is a writer, teacher and mother who currently lives in Boulder, CO, though she plans to return to New Mexico someday.  She’s an MFA candidate at Naropa University.  Her essays, reviews and stories have appeared in Room, Iris Brown Lit Mag, Sinister Wisdom, and </i>Adoptive Families</i>.  Her novella, The Beginning of Us, was published by Riptide in 2013.
