V.B. Price talks with Sherri Brueggemann, who heads Albuquerque's renowned Public Art Program, about the city's collection, the philosophy behind it and where its headed. The program is known for its vast amount of work integrated throughout the city and its support for local artists. Albuquerque sets aside 1% of City construction funds to purchase or commission works of art for the public.
